As a valued customer, your enjoyment and satisfaction is our #1 priority. All of our teas come with a customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our tea for any reason, please let us know within 2 weeks of receiving your order. If we made a mistake, please contact us immediately so we can correct the problem.

If the tea is not what you expected, you may return the unused portion within two weeks of receiving your order, and we will apply a credit towards your next order. The credit value will be determined on the value of the returned portion. Return shipping expenses will only be reimbursed if we made a mistake in filling your order.

Place the return authorization number on the outside of your package. Regretfully, any disatisfaction disputes or returns will not be honored or considered outside of the 2 week window.
